Meet Our Chief Visionary Officer, Kristi Pavlik
From chaos to clarity, from task “overwhelm” to task mastery—this is what happens when Kristi Pavlik, “The Systems Chick,” takes business professionals under her wing. For more than a decade, Kristi has been helping realtors, coaches, and other entrepreneurs transform big ideas into effective systems that support profit and growth.
Active in the administrative management field for over 17 years, Kristi is a skilled troubleshooter who helps business professionals “get out of their own way” so the system can work its magic. When Kristi isn’t waving her systems wand to reign in chaos, she is teaching virtual assistants and online business managers how to apply the art of systemization to their own practices.
In addition to a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Organizational Development, Kristi is certified with both AssistU and the REVA Institute. She resides in Lansing, Michigan, with her husband and two children. In her spare time Kristi enjoys traveling, reading, and quoting Yoda to anyone who will listen.

In addition to being our go-to guru for developing websites and blogs, Caley can also maintain them, keeping sites of all levels updated and secure. She specializes in e-mail newsletters, marketing campaigns, and shopping cart assistance as well.

Lauren heads up our “Perception Management” division. She combines five years’ experience in advertising and marketing for a Fortune 500 advertising firm with real-life branding, design, and strategic positioning experience. Through branding and positioning, Lauren can help your company look and be its best.
Liesl Bohan, Wordsmith Extraordinaire
Liesl’s motto is “clear, concise, and professional.” She is a freelance writer, editor, and graphic designer with more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit, business, and higher education settings. She can help you present yourself professionally in print and digital media.
Nancy Sherman, Transcription Specialist
Nancy has more than 31 years of experience running her own administrative business. She has the expertise to cover a wide variety of business tasks, including transcription, database management and maintenance, typing legal documents, court filings, and legal research.
Nina Barlow, Bookkeeping Specialist
Specializing in the QuickBooks line, Nina is a master at taking a client’s financials and making them more manageable. She works closely with clients to create an AP/AR system that works well for everyone involved. With her assistance, financial reports are no longer mind-boggling.
